Oğuz Çetin was born to a Turkish family living in Germany. He completed his primary education in Germany. Later, when the family decided to migrate to Turkey, he continued his education in Turkey. He completed his high school and university education in Türkiye. After his education, he started his career in hair transplantation. He worked in this field for many years and as a result of the experience he gained, he developed the Ice Fue Hair Transplantation Technique and patented this technique. He also founded the Ice Fue Hair Transplantation Center. Later, he founded the “Oka Aesthetic” brand operating in the field of health tourism.
